Never send your password, an API key, or another person's private information.
Account and sign-in
- Confirm that you are using the same email address used to create the account.
- Check spam or junk folders for verification and password-reset email.
- Request a new password-reset email if the previous link expired.
- If the problem continues, include the exact error message in your support email.
Syncing, images, and missing content
- Confirm your iPhone has a stable internet connection.
- Keep the app open briefly after saving or uploading an image.
- If content appears missing, avoid recreating it repeatedly and contact support with the approximate save time.
AI espresso dial-in
AI dial-in is optional and requires consent. If you decline or revoke consent, your brew can still be saved but the AI request is skipped. Suggestions depend on the information entered and may not suit every coffee, grinder, or machine.
Gaggimate connection
- Keep the iPhone and machine on the same local network.
- Allow Local Network access when iOS asks.
- Confirm the configured machine address is correct.
- Connection settings stay on the device; confirmed shot summaries can be saved with a brew.
Community reports and blocks
Use the menu on a brew or profile to report content or block a user. Include relevant context with a report, but do not add unrelated personal information.
For a report that needs additional explanation, email support with the account email and the approximate date of the report.
